Assist the Alliance Lean Manager in identifying lessons learnt so the Alliance can benefit from shared learning.

People management - Build strong relationships across the Alliance and supply chain to achieve compliance. Represent the Alliance on various external forums. Visit each project site to audit, inspect quality compliance and provide encouragement and advice.
