Job Description - UK Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly capable Financial Controller to lead financial operations across two UK business units for the UK division of a global organisation. Reporting to the Regional Controller and UK MD, this is a high-visibility role with real influence on strategic and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all UK financial operations and ensure timely, accurate Group reporting.
  • Oversee statutory compliance, audits, and internal controls.
  • Manage cash flow and working capital across the business.
  • Provide robust financial analysis, forecasting, and project profitability tracking.
Ideal Profile:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 2+ years in a senior finance role within a multinational business.
  • A technically sound accountant
  • Strong SAP experience and familiarity with UK GAAP.
  • Exposure to project accounting.
  • Advanced Excel skills; confident communicator and analytical thinker.
