Responsibilities and duties of the Managing Director UK role
Reporting to the Group Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, you will:

Lead the UK business, driving commercial growth and overall performance.
Manage and develop high performing commercial teams.
Build strategic relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.
Deliver the UK sales and marketing strategy to achieve revenue targets.
Oversee marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Take ownership of the UK P&L, budgeting, and financial performance.
Identify new growth opportunities and expand market presence.
Represent the business across the renewable energy industry.
Promote a high-performance, collaborative culture.
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure excellent customer service and delivery.Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:

Proven experience in a Managing Director, Commercial Director, or similar senior leadership role.
Strong background in sales, marketing, and commercial strategy.
Experience within renewable energy, solar, battery storage, or a related technical industry.
Demonstrable success delivering revenue growth and scaling a business.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L responsibility.
Experience leading multi disciplinary teams and influencing senior stakeholders
