UK Sales & Marketing Manager

My client are an industry leader in the power tool industry, they currently have a rare but exciting opportunity for a UK Sales & Marketing manager to join their team.

This is a fully remote role

The Role

• Manage a team of 10 + across sales & marketing
• Manage a division with a turnover £12M - £15M
• Increase turnover across division
• Man manage an existing and established department, as well as oversee the development of a new division
• Work with wholesale & distributor channels - Toolbank, Toolstream, Toolstop
• Implementation of pricing, order management & delivery
• Recruitment & performance management

The Candidate

• Experience managing a team of both sales & marketing professionals
• Industry experience - Tooling, cutting tools, power tools
• Full UK Driving license

£75K - £90K + 50% bonus + car allowance - £6000pa + pension + benefits
