Our market leading client is seeking an experienced and proven sales manager to oversee the UK sales team due to continued growth and expansion. This is an excellent opportunity
to join an established business and strive for continuous improvement. You will ideally come from a construction or facade background with proven sales within these industries.

UK Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving UK/IRE sales target of £60-70m
• Managing the day to day activities of the sales team to attain all business plan sales and targets
• Achieve or exceed sales targets within budget and resources allocated
• Develop sales strategy, tactics and targets for the sales team
• Nurture key client relationships
• Identify and report on business opportunities and threats in the target market
• Hold weekly sales meetings
• Attending key sales meetings and c-suite level pitches
• Training and developing the team

UK Sales Manager Requirements:

• Strong understanding of regulations
• Good understanding of market and competitors
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Able to meet project objectives
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Desirable Experience:

• Construction/Facade experience required
• Proven sales track record of 5 years plus
• 7-10 years progressive responsibility with results in similar roles
• Experience in leading teams
• Full drivers license
