We’re looking for a practical, systems-minded ADP/ UKG/ Kronos Systems Manager to help support our Workforce Management systems. Working as part of the Product Team, you’ll help ensure hotels have the right set-up, workflows, reporting and support to use UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) and related tools confidently and consistently.  

This is a hands-on role, working closely with 25 hotels across four countries. Working with Workforce Optimisation Managers, programme teams and system specialists to resolve issues, improving adoption and turning complex processes into simple, useful operational support.

Your day-to-day

• Support and configure workforce scheduling systems across 25 hotels across four countries. 
• Manage system updates linked to scheduling rules, and labour law.
• Troubleshoot system issues and support resolution through ServiceNow and partner channels.
• Work with HR, finance, payroll, operations and hotel teams to ensure accurate system outputs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across our workforce optimisation systems.

What we need from you

• Proven experience with using ADP or UKG / Kronos, across multi-site operations.   
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand how system changes impact operations and payroll.
• Confident communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• A detail-focused, collaborative approach and resilience to manage competing priorities.
