About the Role:
Join one of the UK's premier digital transformation consultancies in the capacity of UKIC DV - Transformation Consultant - Manager. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to significant roll-outs and intricate programs within National Security.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional consulting skills, demonstrating a proven track record of excellence in leading complex consulting projects centered around technology-driven change initiatives in National Security contexts. You will participate in the transformation of technology incorporating people, process, and technology change.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage in the evolution of technology, integrating elements of people, processes, and technology change.
Lead Transformation and complex delivery projects.
Formulate and offer guidance on IT Operating Models and Digital Operating Models.
Analyze existing business processes and assess new tools to enhance efficiency and efficacy.
Essential Requirements:
Previous involvement in Transformation and complex delivery projects, whether in strategy, project management, business consulting, or transformation consultancy.
Proficiency in managing technology transformations encompassing elements of people, processes, and technology change.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with adeptness in presentation.
Capacity to comprehend, articulate, present, and interrogate technical and intricate information.
Experience in navigating challenging environments while managing project scope effectively.
Proven ability to cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key business stakeholders.
