About the Role:
You'll be responsible for underwriting new business, renewals, and MTAs across a portfolio of Employers', Public, and Products Liability SME risks. The role is focused on delivering a consistently high standard of service to broker partners while maintaining technical quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Underwrite and quote Employers', Public, and Products Liability SME risks
- Manage new business, renewals, and MTAs in line with underwriting authority
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing brokers
- Negotiate pricing and terms in a competitive and professional manner
- Work closely with brokers to develop business and support cross-selling opportunities

What We're Looking For:
- Experience in commercial/SME insurance underwriting
- Proven ability to underwrite Liability risks up to £10m Limit of Indemnity
- Experience with Excess of Loss and CAR is advantageous
- Property underwriting experience is a plus
- Exposure to premiums up to £25,000
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
