Underwriting Analyst

Arthur is partnered with a Lloyds Syndicate who is hiring an Underwriting Analyst to join their Underwriting Management team.

This role will play a key role in enhancing their underwriting controls framework, ensuring accurate reporting, and driving data quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain exception reporting to ensure all risks underwritten align with the Syndicate Business Plan.
• Support ongoing process improvements and contribute to large-scale business projects.
• Ensure internal and regulatory reports are produced accurately and on time, assisting with internal and external peer reviews.
• Update and enhance key underwriting control documents, including Underwriting Policies and Authorities.
• Support initiatives to improve data quality within Underwriting Systems.
• Document and update underwriting processes for Lloyd’s and Lloyd’s Insurance Company (LIC) business.
