Underwriting Operations Analyst

A Global Multi-Class MGA and Lloyds Syndicate requires an analytically minded Underwriting or Operations Assistant to join their growing Underwriting Operations team. 

You will be responsible for collaborating with underwriters, underwriting assistants, and other relevant departments to implement improvements that enhance the overall quality of underwriting processes. Assist with documenting and maintaining the various Underwriting Administration Manuals and Training documentation along with any audit requests which are received. 

You will also be responsible for liaising weekly and monthly with the service company underwriting support teams to review activity and performance against the KPI's.set by the business and help identify opportunities for process improvement and implement streamlined procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

This role requires someone with London Insurance Market experience within Underwriting or central operations, strong IT skills and experience of stakeholder management due to the need to work with a variety of internal and external contacts.
