Underwriting Operations Team Lead

I'm currently partnered with my client, a specialist in the insurance market, who is looking for an Underwriting Operations Team Lead to support their growing team.

In this role, you'll be a key contact for clients and MGAs, handling day-to-day operational support, post-bind queries, and system/financial reconciliations. You'll assist with month-end close tasks, produce KPI reports, and help improve underwriting processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in underwriting operations or insurance administration, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Experience working at a MGA or broker is a must.
