Underwriting Portfolio Lead

Eames is currently working on the appointment of an Underwriting Performance Lead to join a high-impact performance team at group level within a global insurer. This role works across multiple business units and product lines to support delivery of the business plan, improve underwriting outcomes, and influence strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse underwriting performance across the global portfolio
• Identify and challenge key assumptions driving GWP and loss ratio
• Partner with senior stakeholders to support delivery of plans
• Contribute to the design and implementation of group-wide frameworks
• Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership

What We're Looking For:

• Deep insurance expertise across multiple lines or markets
• Strong commercial judgement and analytical capability
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
• 7+ years' experience in underwriting, finance or portfolio roles
