• Provide first and second-line technical support for Unix/Linux systems.

What You'll Bring:

• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with UNIX/Linux (Red Hat, Debian, Solaris, AIX).
• Shell scripting (Bash, KornShell).
• Infrastructure as Code tools (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef).
• Networking fundamentals and filesystem management.
• Exposure to AWS, automation tools, and container technologies (Docker, Podman).
