Are you the Barking art leader we're searching for?

• Possess a strong understanding of art theory, history, and various artistic techniques (2D and 3D).


• Hold a relevant teaching qualification (QTS desirable).


• Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.


• Have a passion for engaging students and making art enjoyable and accessible for all, particularly within the diverse Barking community.


• Demonstrate the ability to motivate and challenge students of all abilities and artistic backgrounds.


• Show a commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with art education trends.
