The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Deliver pre-set work in the absence of the class teacher
Manage classroom behaviour and keep pupils engaged
Support pupils with their learning throughout the school day
Work across a variety of subjects and year groups
Gain invaluable experience within secondary school settings

We Are Looking For

Confident and reliable individuals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with young people is desirable
Positive role models who can build rapport with students
Graduates and aspiring teachers are particularly encouraged to apply
