Are you passionate about working with young children and helping them learn through play? We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated Unqualified Nursery Practitioner to join our welcoming nursery team.

No formal childcare qualification is required, although experience working with children is desirable. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in supporting children's development and creating positive early learning experiences.

Main Responsibilities

Supporting the daily care and supervision of children aged [age range].
Assisting in planning and delivering engaging play and learning activities.
Helping to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
Supporting children's emotional, social, and physical development.
Assisting with meal times, personal care, and daily routines.
Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Following nursery policies, procedures, and safeguarding requirements.

What We're Looking For

A genuine passion for working with children.
A positive, caring, and patient attitude.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
Previous experience with children is desirable but not essential.
