Your Role Will Include:

Supporting and delivering engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

Helping students understand complex scientific ideas through clear explanations and creative learning activities

Encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Managing classroom behaviour with guidance and support from qualified teachers

Assisting with marking, assessments, and lesson preparation

Taking part in ongoing professional development and school initiatives

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Holds a degree in a Science-related subject (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, Biomedical Science)

Has a genuine interest in working with young people and supporting their learning

Possesses confidence, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills

Is adaptable, proactive, and open to feedback

May be considering a future route into teacher training (PGCE, SCITT, or QTS Apprenticeship)

Has (or is willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
