Are you an experienced HLTA, Cover Supervisor or educator ready to lead learning in a primary classroom?

Cover People is recruiting an Unqualified Teacher to support a primary school in Salford. This opportunity would suit someone with experience working with primary-aged children and the confidence to lead a whole class.

The role:

Deliver planned lessons and engaging learning activities.
Adapt support to meet pupils’ different learning needs.
Work closely with teachers and support staff.
⭐ Maintain positive behaviour and a purposeful classroom environment.

We’re looking for:

✅ Experience supporting learning in a primary school.
✅ Confidence leading whole-class activities.
✅ Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
✅ A flexible, enthusiastic approach and commitment to safeguarding.
