We are working in partnership with Greenwood Academies Trust and LAAT, including specific opportunities across Skegness Academy and William Lovell Academy, offering a range of opportunities from day-to-day supply to long-term roles.

We’re looking for candidates who:

Have a passion for education and supporting young people (degree-qualified or relevant experience is advantageous)

Can confidently supervise classrooms, manage behaviour effectively, and deliver pre-set lesson plans

Bring an enthusiastic, adaptable, and resilient approach to teaching and learning

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Maintain high expectations for pupil engagement and behaviour

Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain a positive learning environment
