• Phased classroom introduction - You won't be thrown in at the deep end. These schools will gradually build your timetable and responsibilities as your confidence grows.

• Outstanding mentorship - You'll be paired with an experienced subject specialist who knows how to support unqualified teachers.

• Clear progression - Many of these schools have helped unqualified teachers go on to salaried teacher training or permanent teaching roles.

• Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience and responsibilities.
