Dawn Ellmore Employment have partnered with a well-established London Law Firm who are looking to welcome an experienced and organised Patent Secretary to their expanding team.

This opportunity would suit a proactive individual with previous experience in a patent environment, who can provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to a busy Patent Team. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail, alongside a professional and positive approach.

Duties will include:

* Providing comprehensive secretarial support, including copy typing, preparing correspondence, audio typing and processing invoices.

* Managing Patent Attorneys’ diaries, arranging meetings, and coordinating appointments.

* Monitoring important deadlines and ensuring these are met.

* Maintaining accurate records and keeping patent files up to date.
