Upholsterer

AMG Recruitment is an employment business that provides Textile Personnel around the UK. Due to continued success and growth, our client is looking for Upholsterers in Northampton. Successful candidates will be offered full-time shifts on a permanent basis.

Starting Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 per annum

Contract Period: Permanent

Holidays: 21 days plus Bank Holidays.

Working hours: Monday to Friday choice of shifts

Breaks: 30 mins lunch break and two 15 min breaks

Products: Office and commercial seating, bespoke residential furniture.

Duties:

* Some experience in producing and reupholstering office seating or producing residential furniture from start to finish..

* Proven experience as an Upholsterer or similar field.

* Ability to read and interpret upholstery patterns and blueprints.

* Experience with cutting tools and equipment such as scissors and shears.

* Knowledge of different types of fabric and materials used in upholstery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 30,000.00 per year
