UPS Power Quality Field Service Engineer

You will play a key role in supporting hyperscale data center operations across the region. Perform fault diagnosis on UPS systems Work confidently with on-line and line-interactive UPS technologies Conduct preventative maintenance across an established customer base Commission and repair all UPS system types, including standalone and parallel configurations Set up and configure remote monitoring software Communicate technical information to key stakeholders Apply anti-static procedures consistently Follow the ECN process for all repairs HNC or higher in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (or equivalent) Strong knowledge of three-phase electrical installation or maintenance Solid understanding of UPS systems Familiarity with industrial communication protocols: Modbus, SNMP, OPC, DDE, TCP/IP Understanding of PLC programming (power control, generator control, SCADA, process control) Strong communication and customer‑focused approach Problem‑solving mindset Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Adaptable and confident in fast‑paced environments Collaborative team player
