This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that values its engineers, invests in training, and works with a diverse range of commercial and industrial clients. Working from home, you'll cover customer sites nationwide, carrying out maintenance, fault finding, repairs, installations and commissioning of UPS systems and associated equipment. The Role Key responsibilities will include: Servicing, maintaining and repairing UPS systems Diagnosing faults and delivering effective solutions on-site Carrying out system commissioning, testing and inspections Undertaking site assessments and providing technical recommendations Completing service documentation and compliance records accurately Ensuring all work is delivered safely and in line with industry regulations Taking part in an out-of-hours support rota Travelling throughout the UK as required What We're Looking For To be considered, you should have: At least 2 years' experience working on UPS or critical power systems NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in an electrical discipline 18th Edition qualification ECS Gold Card Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Experience within power distribution, switchgear, data centre, or other critical infrastructure environments A full UK driving licence A flexible approach to travel and customer support What's on Offer £40,000 - £45,000 basic salary Overtime opportunities Call-out allowance Company vehicle and fuel card 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Private healthcare Company pension scheme Mobile phone, laptop and specialist tools provided Branded workwear and PPE supplied Ongoing product and technical training Long-term career progression within a growing organisation If you're a skilled electrical engineer with UPS experience and are looking for your next challenge within the critical power sector, we'd be keen to hear from you.
