We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant/LSA to join a wonderful All-Through Autism School in Colchester as soon as possible.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with autism, from Primary through to Secondary age.

? Type: Temporary, with potential for long-term employment
? Requirements:

• Experience supporting children with autism or SEND desirable

• Enhanced DBS on Update Service (this is essential)

• Commitment, patience, creativity, and adaptability

• Ability to work as part of a team alongside class teacher and multidisciplinary staff
