Job Description - USD Rates trader

Make markets in US Treasuries across the curve (cash and/or futures)
Support the management of the USD rates trading book within defined risk limits
Identify and execute relative value opportunities across the US rates curve
Work closely with sales to provide liquidity, pricing, and market colour to institutional clients
Monitor macroeconomic developments (Fed policy, inflation, growth data) and translate these into trading strategies
Partner with quant, structuring, and technology teams to enhance pricing tools and trading infrastructure
Contribute to cross-market initiatives (e.g., STIRs, swaps, Treasury futures, global rates RV)
Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
