Vehicle Preparation Manager - Ashford, Kent
Salary: £25,000 per annum + OTE £50,000
Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30am- 5:30pm (5-day week)

We are seeking a Vehicle Preparation Manager to join our dynamic and hardworking team in Ashford, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate, highly organised individual with a love for cars to play a key role in the success of our thriving used car sales business.

About the Role:

As Vehicle Preparation Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the journey of our used vehicles from initial delivery to their final presentation on the forecourt.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Overseeing all stages of vehicle preparation and presentation
• Organising vehicle inspections, valeting, and repairs
• Managing used car stock purchasing and vehicle marketing
• Monitoring and managing forecourt layout and display standards
• Ensuring a fast and efficient stock turn while maximising vehicle margins
• Maintaining high retail standards and timely preparation for sale

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar vehicle preparation or automotive management role
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
• A proactive, independent worker who can also thrive in a team environment
• A strong eye for detail and high standards of presentation
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• A full UK driving licence is essential
