Mon-Fri 9-6 | Sat 9-5 | Alt Sun 10-4 | Day off: Thurs

We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team at our Croydon dealership. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected group with strong brand backing, generous earnings, and excellent progression potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets

• Deliver first-class customer service across all channels

• Manage day-to-day showroom operations and reporting

• Recruit, onboard, and support team development

• Ensure FCA compliance and accurate admin processes

• Maintain showroom presentation and brand standards

• Run engaging daily sales meetings and performance reviews

• Proven background in automotive sales leadership

• Strong people and performance management skills

• Commercially driven with excellent customer focus

• Organised, proactive, and results-oriented

• Full UK driving licence
