About the Role

the brand's used vehicle operations across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Performance & Network Leadership

    profitability, and key KPIs.
  • Identify
market trends and develop strategies to increase sales volumes and
    margins.
  • Work
directly with franchise dealerships to maximise used car performance and
    profitability.
  • Provide
guidance on vehicle sourcing, stock management, pricing strategies, and
    vehicle presentation.
  • Support
dealers in achieving and maintaining high operational and brand standards.
  • Collaborate
with finance teams and external finance providers to create and implement
compelling retail finance campaigns that drive sales and customer
    acquisition.

Strategic Development & Residual Value Protection

  • Lead
the ongoing development and management of the approved used vehicle
    programme.
  • Enhance
programme benefits, including warranty offerings, vehicle inspection
    standards, and customer commitments.
  • Work
closely with Residual Value and Remarketing teams to support pricing
strategies and protect long-term vehicle values.
  • Monitor
supply channels and market activity to safeguard brand equity and maintain
    a competitive market position.

Remarketing & Stock Management

  • Support
the management of internal fleet returns, demonstrator vehicles, and
    company car defleet operations.
  • Ensure
quality used vehicle stock is distributed effectively throughout the
    dealer network.
  • Assist
in developing disciplined stock allocation and remarketing strategies.

Digital Strategy & Compliance

  • Implement
and manage dealership audit processes to ensure compliance with approved
    used programme standards.
  • Monitor
adherence to vehicle preparation requirements, inspection processes, and
    presentation guidelines.
  • Analyse
competitor activity, used vehicle pricing trends, market supply levels,
and wider economic factors affecting demand and vehicle values.
  • Provide
regular insights and recommendations to support commercial
    decision-making.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven
experience within a Used Car Management, Used Vehicle Operations,
    Remarketing, or Automotive Strategy role.

gained either at OEM/manufacturer level or within a senior position in a
    large automotive retail group.
  • Strong
understanding of the UK used vehicle market, including CAP HPI valuations,
