My client is seeking a talented UX designer to join an expanding experience design team. As part of their ambitious group, you will work with a variety of high-profile clients across diverse design briefs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and have a knack for finding simple solutions to complex design challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply user-experience design techniques and processes.
Develop wireframes, customer journey maps, site maps, and plan-view diagrams.
Create digital and physical prototypes with precision and speed.
Design engaging experiences that align with customer needs and business goals.
Collaborate with the wider creative team to define and implement effective customer journeys.
Plan and facilitate client workshops and design sprints.
Essential Skills:
Minimum of six years of design industry experience, preferably in an agency setting.
A diverse design portfolio with proven results.
Ability to create engaging experiences across UX, product, service, and spatial design.
Strong understanding of human-centred design thinking, methods, and techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, and related prototyping tools.
Confident and enthusiastic presentation skills.
