Utilities Administrator

At KFH we are looking for a Utilities Administrator to join our Build to Rent team in Wimbledon.

What’s the role?

This role oversees account administration and financial reconciliation in utilities for the Build to Rent division. Responsibilities include managing account transactions, reconciling invoices, ensuring compliance, communicating with utility providers, assisting customers with billing inquiries, and maintaining meter records. The goal is to ensure seamless operations, uphold compliance standards, and provide exceptional support to stakeholders and customers.

Key tasks will involve:

• Facilitating the process of closing, opening, and transferring accounts for customers.

• Reconciling invoices and resolving discrepancies.

• Ensuring strict adherence to compliance procedures and regulations.

• Communicating effectively with utility and service providers.

• Assisting customers with billing inquiries.

• Maintaining accurate records of meters and databases.

• Handling utility-related issues with professionalism and efficiency.

What can you bring to the role?

• Administrative experience is key to help drive our operational success and ensure we grasp every opportunity.

• Experience in a customer-facing role. We'll give you great training, but experience is essential as you will regularly speak with utility providers and colleagues.

• Understanding of the regulatory framework is a bonus! We can teach you all the technical jargon though.
