Start Date: 14th July 2025

Competitive Day Rate: £155/day (via umbrella - we'll guide you through it)

Location: Central Glasgow - full-time in-office for training, then hybrid (3 days in office/week)

Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, between 8am-6pm

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience handling customer complaints-utilities sector experience is a big plus

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Confident using MS Office (especially Word) and internal systems

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a great team player

Able to work from our Glasgow office as required
