Are you an experienced content writer with experience in writing engaging digital content? This is an excellent opportunity for you to be involved with the creation of content that will reach a large audience. This role does require you to have experience working with pensions and pensions terminology.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a FTSE 100 organisation and showcase your writing by simplifying pension regulatory language to make our clients digital products accessible and readable.
In this role you will be working alongside design, product, research, and engineering teams to create customer-led experiences. You will play a crucial part in writing digital content, with a focus on pensions products and helping customers complete digital journeys in an intuitive and accessible way.

Documentation and Guidelines
Ensure that content complies with regulatory requirements and legal obligations related to pensions, financial services, data privacy, and consumer protection.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to review and approve content for accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.

What are we looking for:
Experience in digital content writing in a pension’s environment
Experience in digital content writing across multiple platforms: mobile, website, socials and some print.
Experience of a migration content strategy or involvement in content strategy development.
Able to influence wider teams to buy into the importance of customer centric focus and design.
