UX Designer (with Research Capabilities)

We are seeking a user-focused UX Designer to lead the full design lifecycle— from research to delivering polished, intuitive experiences across web and mobile. This role is perfect for someone who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating seamless digital experiences.
Your Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end UX processes, translating user needs into impactful designs
• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to enhance functionality
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to deliver innovative solutions
• Iterate quickly using user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input
• Ensure consistency by leveraging design systems and style guides
• Advocate for the user while balancing business and technical constraints

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in UX/Product Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design and complete project work
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD and an understanding of accessibility standards
• Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Experience using data and analytics to inform design decisions
