As our UX Director, you will be responsible for leading the user experience design efforts across our games. You will play a crucial role in shaping how players interact with our games, ensuring that their experience is intuitive, engaging, and memorable.

Key Duties Include

Define and drive the overall UX strategy and vision for our games
Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, providing guidance and support
Collaborate with game designers, artists, and developers to integrate UX principles into the game design process
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts
Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform UX improvements
Work closely with stakeholders to align on project goals and requirements
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design
Advocate for the player, ensuring that their needs and preferences are at the forefront of the design process

Requirements

Proven experience as a UX Director or similar leadership role in the games industry
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Experience leading and managing a team of UX designers
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
Experience conducting user research and applying insights to improve UX
Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry
