The role spans cell\u2011level, sub\u2011system\u2011level, and system\u2011level validation across complex hardware and software environments.\n\nThis is a hands\u2011on engineering role focused on executing validation for assigned IPs or functional areas. The engineer develops test hardware, validation methods, automation, and data analysis, and debugs validation failures to ensure compliance with device specifications and customer requirements. Results are communicated through technical reviews and NPI phase\u2011gate forums.\n\nThe role requires the ability to work with minimal supervision, apply sound technical judgment, and take ownership of assigned tasks while delivering high\u2011quality outcomes aligned with business milestones and evolving project priorities.\n\n \nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Capture validation requirements and participate in stakeholder test reviews and program discussions.\n * Define and execute validation plans for assigned areas, considering schedule, resources, and risk constraints.\n * Prepare validation infrastructure, including test hardware, laboratory equipment, and software environments.\n * Develop and maintain end\u2011to\u2011end automation, including automated testing, data collection, data analysis, and reporting, to enable efficient validation execution.\n * Investigate validation issues by performing root\u2011cause analysis, performance optimization, and contributing to technical solutions.\n * Collate, analyze, and summarize validation results for technical reviews and NPI readiness assessments.\n * Generate and maintain validation documentation for program tracking, reference, and reuse.\n * Continuously develop technical skills and domain knowledge, including knowledge sharing within the team.\n\n\n\nRequired Skills\n\n * Knowledge of analog and digital semiconductor circuits.\n * Experience using laboratory equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, audio analyzers, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers.\n * Familiarity with emulation\u2011based testing using C or equivalent languages.\n * Proficiency in test automation using scripting languages such as Python, C, C#, or R.\n * Experience with data analysis techniques and tools.\n * Ability to work with minimum supervision on work assignments.\n * Strong analytical and problem\u2011solving skills.\n * Ability to adapt to changing technical requirements and project priorities.\n\n\n\nPreferred Skills\n\n * Experience contributing to technical workstreams or project deliverables.\n * Knowledge of Bluetooth, Wi\u2011Fi, or NFC standards.\n * Experience with Analog and Digital Audio, PMU/PMIC, battery management, auxiliary functions, peripherals, and power optimization.\n * Working knowledge of firmware and embedded software.\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nMaster\u2019s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, or\n\nBachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 1+ years of industry experience in pre\u2011silicon or post\u2011silicon validation\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. \nOR \nMaster\u0027s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. \nOR \nPhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.\n\n*References to a particular number of years experience are for indicative purposes only.
