Description

• Design, implement, and maintain validation processes and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes meet industrial standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues regarding validation processes.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure all validation activities comply with regulatory standards.
• Prepare and maintain documentation relating to validation activities.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members on validation procedures.
• Continuously seek improvements in validation processes and systems.

Profile

A successful Validation Engineer should have:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of validation principles and industrial / manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
