Validation Lead, Life Sciences (SAP) - (all Genders)

At Tenthpin, we are hiring a Validation Lead to help shape and grow our global Governance, Quality & Compliance capability within the Life Sciences industry.

The Opportunity

At Tenthpin, your expertise will matter. As Validation Lead, you will help clients navigate complex validation and compliance challenges across SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes within some of the world's leading Life Sciences organisations.

Whilst the immediate focus of the role will be Computer System Validation (CSV) and validation leadership across SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, the broader opportunity is to establish and grow a global Governance, Quality & Compliance capability. This is a unique opportunity to define the vision, build and lead a recognised global community of experts, influence how leading Life Sciences organisations approach validation and compliance, and help shape the future direction of the market.

This is a role for someone who enjoys balancing delivery with growth. Someone who is equally comfortable engaging CxO-level stakeholders, developing people, shaping service offerings and identifying new opportunities. We are looking for a passionate subject matter expert who understands emerging industry, technology and regulatory trends and wants to help shape the future of validation, quality and compliance within the Life Sciences industry.

The role will include, but not be limited to:

• Establish and grow Tenthpin's global Governance, Quality & Compliance capability, including defining service offerings, developing people and building market credibility


• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including Quality, IT, Business and CxO-level leaders


• Identify, shape and pursue opportunities that create value for clients and support the growth of the practice


• Lead proposals, RFPs and commercial discussions within your area of expertise


• Develop and inspire consultants, helping build a recognised global community of experts within the business


• Shape thought leadership and help influence the future direction of the market


• Define validation strategies, Validation Master Plans (VMPs) and GxP-compliant approaches


• Lead validation and compliance activities across complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes

Your Experience

First and foremost, you are a genuine Management Consultant. You combine deep validation expertise with leadership experience and credibility, commercial awareness and a passion for helping clients achieve meaningful business outcomes.

You are comfortable operating at all levels of an organisation, from guiding project teams through complex delivery challenges to engaging senior stakeholders on strategic business decisions. You enjoy developing people, building trusted relationships and solving complex challenges within highly regulated environments.

You will bring:

• Demonstrated experience leading Computer System Validation (CSV) activities across SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes within regulated Life Sciences environments


• An exceptional track record of acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and CxO-level leaders, whilst mentoring and developing others to do the same


• Experience establishing and growing consulting capabilities, combining strategic vision with hands-on delivery and accountability for client outcomes


• Deep understanding of GxP, quality and compliance principles, including CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11 and risk-based validation approaches


• Experience defining validation strategies, Validation Master Plans and compliant validation frameworks


• Experience shaping and defining service offerings, leading proposals, RFPs and supporting business development activities


• Experience mentoring, developing and growing teams and capabilities


• A passion for Governance, Quality & Compliance, with a desire to stay ahead of industry developments, emerging technologies and evolving regulatory trends, whilst remaining hands-on with clients and leading by example
