A leading global real estate consultancy is hiring a Valuation Surveyor, Senior Surveyor or Associate for its loan security valuation team, covering commercial property valuation with some residential exposure. This is a high-volume, fast-paced RICS Red Book valuation role within a global brand, offering a strong pipeline of instructions, repeat client work, and a market-leading commission structure.

Ideal for an MRICS-qualified Valuation Surveyor (Registered Valuer preferred) with experience in lending / loan security valuations, who wants their output to directly drive earnings.

The Role – Loan Security Valuation Surveyor

* Undertaking loan security valuations across commercial property and real estate assets

* Acting as Valuation Surveyor on a high volume of lending valuation instructions

* Managing valuations end-to-end: inspection through to report completion

* Producing RICS Red Book compliant valuation reports

* Analysing comparable evidence and commercial property market data

* Working within a high-performing valuation team

* Building relationships with lenders and financial institutions

About You

* MRICS qualified (RICS Registered Valuer preferred)

* Proven experience as a Valuation Surveyor in loan security / lending valuations

* Strong commercial property valuation background

* Experience producing Red Book valuation reports

* Able to manage multiple instructions in a fast-paced environment

* Commercial mindset, focused on fee generation and performance
