Valuations Surveyor

Imperium Financial Recruitment is working exclusively with a highly regarded property and insolvency firm based in Manchester City Centre. They are looking to appoint an experienced and proactive Valuation Surveyor to join their expanding Property Receivership Sales Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a specialist team working across a varied portfolio of residential, commercial, and land assets under LPA Receivership, with a focus on valuation, asset management, and strategic disposal.

• Undertake professional valuations of residential, commercial, and land assets under LPA Receivership

• Prepare detailed, RICS-compliant valuation reports

• Liaise with agents, contractors, and third-party stakeholders

• Maintain accurate records using internal systems and property management software

• Monitor market trends and provide pricing insights and comparable evidence

• Support due diligence processes including title, planning, and compliance checks

• Conduct site inspections across the UK, recording photographic and written documentation

• Ensure all work adheres to relevant regulatory and RICS standards

• Contribute to business development and client relationship management

• MRICS or AssocRICS qualified - essential

• Proven experience in valuations across various property types

• Strong knowledge of the property sales and lettings market

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills

• IT literate - Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools like Rightmove Plus

• Comfortable with national travel for inspections
