Valuer requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator in the estate agency sector
• Exceptional customer service skills and a client-focused approach
• A positive, driven attitude and a strong work ethic
• In-depth knowledge of the Colchester property market
• A team-oriented mindset and a collaborative work style
• A full UK driving license
• A professional, proactive approach to your work

Key Valuer duties will include but will not be limited to:

• Conduct viewings and follow up with clients
• Work effectively under pressure
• Negotiate offers and close deals
• Carry out property valuations and canvass for new business
• Maintain regular communication with clients via phone, email, and in person
