We are seeking an experienced Valuer to join a leading Estate Agents in their Wolverhampton branch. This role involves delivering accurate property valuations and supporting strategic sales decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct valuations of residential properties using market data and industry standards.
• Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and investment potential.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align valuations with business objectives.
• Produce clear, well-structured valuation reports.
• Maintain client relationships and deliver high standards of service.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property valuation.
• Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and market analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in valuation software and CRM tools.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
