• Property Valuations: Conduct accurate and well-researched valuations, providing expert advice to vendors on market conditions and pricing strategies.
• Winning Instructions: Confidently pitch and secure new property listings, ensuring a high conversion rate.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, landlords, and investors, delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Market Knowledge: Stay up to date with property market trends, competitor activity, and local pricing dynamics in East London.
• Sales & Negotiation: Work closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities and ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all valuations, instructions, and client interactions comply with industry regulations and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Estate Agency Experience: Proven experience as a Valuer/Lister within a fast-paced estate agency.
• Strong Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to win new business and confidently handle objections.
• Local Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of the East London property market.
• Target-Driven Mindset: Motivated to exceed targets and deliver outstanding results.
• Full UK Driving Licence: Essential for property visits and client meetings.
