Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is looking for experienced Van Drivers to support a range of established clients across Chesterfield and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, professional drivers seeking flexible, ad hoc work with immediate starts.

The Role

As a Van Driver, you'll be responsible for completing local and regional deliveries while providing excellent customer service and ensuring goods arrive safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Driving a company van to complete local and regional deliveries

Loading and unloading goods where required

Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks

Ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and on time

Completing delivery paperwork accurately

Following all road traffic regulations and client procedures

Representing both Thorn Baker and our clients professionally

What We're Looking For

Full UK driving licence

No DD, DR or IN endorsements (minimal points considered)

Previous commercial van driving experience is essential

Good knowledge of Chesterfield and the surrounding areas

Flexible and available for short-notice assignments

Reliable, punctual and customer-focused

Good communication skills and a positive attitude
