We are now recruiting for a Van Driver to join our team at Great Bear in Hoddesdon on a Full time and permanent position. 

Shift: Monday-Friday 06:00am.

Salary: £27,214 per annum. 

• Delivering to stores in line with an agreed schedule.
• The role involves lifting, so a reasonable level of fitness is required.
• Unlocking Customer store premises, unloading deliveries and locating stock into the designated area.
• Collection of returns stock.
• Securing stores and setting alarms on exit.
• Upholding and promoting Company Policies and Procedures.
• Carry out duties in a safe manner and comply with Health & Safety Regulations.

• Previous Commercial Van Driving experience of 12 months would be essential. 
• A full clean driving licence and the ability to handle a 3.5 tonne van.
• An honest and trustworthy disposition is essential.
• The role involves lifting, so a reasonable level of fitness is required.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• The ability to work on own initiative with a strong work ethic.
• An organised and methodical approach to work, with a keen eye for attention to detail.
• Good timekeeping.
