Location: Scunthorpe, DN15
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour (Weekly Pay)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Van Driver to join our team in Scunthorpe on a temporary basis, covering sick and holiday leave. This role involves delivering cuts of steel in a 3.5-ton vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently deliver cuts of steel to designated locations.
Adhere to all driving laws and regulations.
Ensure timely deliveries while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.
Handle delivery paperwork and ensure accurate documentation.
Requirements:

Valid UK driving license with entitlement to drive a 3.5-ton vehicle.
Proven experience as a van driver, preferably with experience in handling steel or similar materials.
Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Good communication and customer service skills.
