Van Driver / Maintenance Operative

Consult2Recruit are currently recruiting for a Van Driver / Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a busy team based in the TW18 area. This is an ongoing position offering regular weekday work and immediate starts for the right candidate.

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM Starts

The Role

This is a varied role that combines van driving duties with grounds maintenance and horticultural work across local sites.

Key responsibilities include:

* Driving a company van between various locations.

* Hanging and maintaining floral baskets and displays.

* Organising and maintaining greenhouses.

* Grass cutting and general grounds maintenance.

* Watering, pruning, and caring for plants and flowers.

* Keeping outdoor areas clean, tidy, and presentable.

* Supporting the wider team with seasonal horticultural projects.

Requirements

* Full UK Driving Licence.

* Previous van driving experience preferred.

* An interest in horticulture, gardening, or grounds maintenance is advantageous.

* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

* Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.

* Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
