Van / LCV Technician in Croydon, Surrey!
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable Fleet Vehicle Maintenance company based in Croydon, seeking a skilled Van / LCV Technician. * Competitive salary of up to £41,000 per annum
* Quarterly bonus scheme of up to £3,000 after six months' service

* Monday to Friday working hours, 8.00am to 5.30pm
* Saturday work on a rota (1 in 3), 8.00am to 12.30pm, paid as overtime

Duties of the Van / LCV Technician:
* Conducting routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on light commercial vehicles, including utility vans such as Vivaro, Sprinters, and Crafters
* Servicing systems such as brakes, clutches, timing belts, suspension, and turbochargers
* Handling warranty work and some gearbox repairs (outsourced beyond warranty)
* Inspecting and maintaining vehicles aged from 6 months to approximately 6 years
* Managing a high-volume workload efficiently
* Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and company procedures
* Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements for the Van / LCV Technician:
* Proven experience working on light commercial vehicles
* Strong diagnostic and repair skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence
* Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
* Reliability and a positive attitude towards work
