Van Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable, long-established family-run dealership in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, for the position of LCV/Van Technician. Duties of the LCV/Van Technician:
* Conduct all service, maintenance, and repairs on light commercial vehicles within manufacturer timeframes
* Accurately diagnose and resolve malfunctions, ensuring quality and efficiency
* Support colleagues with technical issues and share innovations
* Maintain high standards of health and safety, documenting diagnosis, repairs, and inspections appropriately
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures
* Work effectively within a busy, franchise-approved workshop environment to meet targets and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements of the LCV/Van Technician:
* Relevant qualification: IMI/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Light or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
* Minimum of one to two years practical experience working as a LCV/Van Technician
* Strong team player with high-quality work standards in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent diagnostic and repair skills
* Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
* A motivated individual committed to continuous professional development
