This role involves supervising a team of technicians, coordinating workloads, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. Applicants must demonstrate proven experience with light commercial vehicles (LCVs), strong leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to operational excellence. Benefits • Starting salary competitive within the industry or Attractive starting salary • Company pension scheme • Generous holiday allowance Van Technician Supervisor Responsibilities • Oversee the activities of shift technicians and ensure efficient allocation of tasks. • Work closely with the Van Centre Manager to address staffing, training requirements, and performance metrics. • Conduct fault diagnosis and carry out necessary repairs on vehicles. • Perform scheduled servicing to maintain vehicles at an exceptional standard. • Take part in the call-out and roadside assistance rota when required. • Utilize diagnostic tools and technology to identify and resolve issues accurately. • Complete routine safety checks and report any corrective actions needed. • Accurately record all work completed on job cards.
